A Little About Me

        I grew up in San Jacinto. My family moved here when I was 7. I attended De Anza, then Monte Vista, and finally San Jacinto High School. I received my BA in Psychology at UC San Diego, my teaching credential at UC Riverside, and my Master's Degree in Educational Technology at Azusa Pacific. It seemed only natural for me to return to San Jacinto to teach. I'm in my 19th year teaching in SJUSD.
        I am happy to be working at SJE! This is my 15th year at SJE and after years of being a classroom teacher I am excited to be working my 3rd year as a music teacher. I grew up doing band and choir and I'm excited to encourage a love of music in our SJE students! We have a great team here who are supported by a wonderful administration who care about our students. I enjoy watching our students grow each year. They have amazing potential and they are so excited to be in school. I know that working together we can all help our SJE students be successful now and in the future!
